I have to say, this was by far the best Chuck E. Cheese I’ve been to in years. It was clean. The staff was great. Food came out hot and fast. All of the rides/games worked. Highly recommend coming here over the great wolf lodge arcade!

The manager Ajzane I am beyond disappointed by the treatment my family received from the manager during our visit. My daughter is autistic and has sensory processing issues, so wearing a wristband is extremely uncomfortable for her. I calmly explained this and simply asked if I could hold onto the wristband instead. Rather than responding with professionalism or even basic human decency, the manager immediately made an annoyed face and spoke to me in a raised, dismissive tone. It was obvious that she had no patience or willingness to understand a child with special needs. As a parent advocating for my daughter, I found her behavior both disrespectful and deeply offensive. What is most concerning is that this came from a manager the person who should be setting the standard for customer service and inclusion. Families with children who have disabilities should never be made to feel like they are an inconvenience for requesting a simple and reasonable accommodation. Not all disabilities are visible, and anyone in a leadership position should know better than to respond with irritation when a parent explains their child’s sensory needs. Chuck E. Always a good time at this location. Clean, friendly service, and only an occasional game system glitches… but that is to be expected. I have stopped by with and without my kid and always a good time. Rarely a wait to play most games and while I have not ordered food there, others seem to enjoy it.

Chuck E. Cheese in Gurnee has become one of our favorite places, and we go there pretty often as members. The place is always clean, and most of the staff are very kind and friendly. We always feel welcome, and my kids enjoy it so much. I’m really happy to have a fun and safe place like this nearby
